Opts for drug court

Tiffani Emehiser, 38, Dayton, reported to superior court Sept. 30 that she plans to enroll in drug court as an option for resolving a drug possession charge she now faces. She was initially stopped March 6 on Main Street in Colfax for a suspected license plate violation. The stop evolved into a search of the vehicle she was driving, and officers allegedly found methamphetamine in a makeup container.
