Pullman's Neill Public Library will be closed for three weeks starting Oct. 23. The closure will go until Nov. 13 while the library's carpet is replaced throughout the entire facility.
The library said it welcomes patrons to come fill bags and suitcases with books, movies and magazines prior to the closure. There will be no due dates on materials while the library is closed.
The library will still have some of its regularly-scheduled programs, but at alternate locations.
The Sew Happy Club will meet on Tuesdays from 10-11:30 a.m.
at the Daily Grind on Main Street in Pullman; Mother Goose Time is slated for Wednesdays from 9:30-10 a.m.
in the council chamber room of Pullman City Hall and Thursdays from 9:30-10 a.m.
in the senior center lounge of city hall; Time for Two's Storytime is Wednesday from 10:30-11 a.m.
in the council chamber room; Preschool Storytime is Thursdays from 10:30-11 a.m.
in the senior center lounge; Good Yarns Knitting Club is scheduled for Fridays from 1-2:30 p.m.
at the Daily Grind; Grand Avenue Book Club is Thursday, Nov. 3, at 6 p.m.
at the Daily Grind, and the everybody reads “Painted Horses”: Fireside Conversations with Malcom Brook is Monday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m.
at the Bell Tower event venue on Spring Street in Pullman.
