The Working Poor will perform at Dahmen Barn in the new Loafing Shed Saturday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. Admission is $12 at the door, and Wawawai Canyon wine and beer will be for sale to those 21 and older.
The Working Poor is made up of musicians who have been playing music most of their lives and the age range of the members goes from the early 50s to the early 60s.
They are a cover band for the most part but with some original music scattered throughout their set-list.
Leader Daniel Mark Faller was born in Seattle in 1952 and now lives with his wife Becky and granddaughter Harlee in Lewiston. He has been a professional musician since 1975.
Bruce Grimoldby, the bass player, and Daniel played together in the Stretch Wabash Band in the 1970s where Bruce was the lead guitar player.
