Vintage airplane visit at test site

Jared Segebartt and his three-year-old son, Cameron, prepare to depart Colfax after making a stop for the ag applicators spray pattern tests recently. They are in a restored 1946 Piper Cub J-3 which is fitted with Alaska Bush pilot wheels. The airplane was actually in use as a spray plane in Ogden, Utah, for 10 years in the 1950s. The front seat on a J-3 Cub is normally the passenger seat.
