New LED lights installed in Colfax

David Fowler, Avista local representative for Colfax, replaces a high-pressure sodium streetlight with a new LED light on Spring Street Monday. Fowler has been switching out the bulbs since the summer as part of ReLight Washington, a program overseen by the state's Transportation Improvement Board.
