Asotin XC books wins at Wilbur

Asotin runners posted team wins in the last NE league race Saturday at the Wilbur Golf Course and set the stage for the regional qualification race which will be Friday at the Colfax Golf Course. Asotin was again led by Thomas Weaklund who finished 13 seconds ahead of Northwest Christian junior Tyler Shea at 15:52.19

The Panthers booked 55 team points for a 14-point margin over Northwest Christian.

Asotin girls finished with 29 points for an eight-point win over the Crusaders. Madison Ward of St. George's finished 15 seconds ahead of the field at 19:10.02
