Holiday cooking classes at Dahmen

Dahmen Barn in Uniontown Dec. 14, beginning at 6 p.m., will offer an adult workshop titled "Prime Rib and Holiday Appetizers," a hands-on session in the kitchen under the direction of executive chef Aaron Jollymore and Bill Jollymore from Jollymores - A Dining Experience in Lewiston.

Participants will learn what prime rib to buy and why, how to tie the rib, season it and cook it and serve it correctly.
