The public is notified of a hearing requested by Washington State Department

of Transportation before the Board of Adjustment at 7:00 PM on Thursday December 15, 2016, in the Public Service Building, 1st floor auditorium, N. 310 Street, Colfax, WA 99111.

The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to expand an existing quarry site by 7.73 acres to a total area of 14.54 acres in the Agricultural District.

The site is located in Section 34, Township 18 N., Range 45 E., W.M., Whitman County, Washington, approximately 0.7 miles east of Garfield, on the north side of Garfield Farmington Road. BY REFERENCE, THE FINAL BUDGET FOR 2017.

THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF Rosalia DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The Mayor of the Town of Rosalia completed and placed on the file with the Clerk a preliminary budget, including estimates of revenues and expenditures for operations of the town for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, 2017.

SECTION 2: The Town Council has made such adjustments and changes to said preliminary budget, as it deems necessary or proper at the time.

SECTION 3: The Town advertised and properly held the statutory public hearing on the November 9TH & 22nd 2016.

SECTION 4: The proposed budget, as revised, was fixed by the Town Council on November 22, 2016 and is now on file in the office of the Clerk, and is hereby adopted by fund, and incorporated herein as set forth, in full, in this ordinance.

The sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: The principal sum of $45,763.63 , together with interest as provided in the Note from 2/1/2014 on, and such other costs and fees as are provided by statute.
