Nine enter 2017 DYW contest

Nine Colfax High School junior girls have entered the Distinguished Young Woman competition. First meeting for the entrants was Jan. 10, and the first practice was scheduled for Jan. 17.

The event is scheduled for March 18 at the high school. Entrants this year include Hailey Aase, Zoe Burt, Alicia Knee, Abbie Miller, Kiah Miller, Emma Neu, Josie Riebold, Sara Whelchel and Katerina Wiley.
