Palouse Empire Fair board bumps admission

Admission prices to the Palouse Empire Fair were bumped by a dollar Jan. 23 at the Palouse Empire Fair Board meeting. The proposal was approved by a consensus vote, but the number of board members present fell short of a quorum, so the measure will be sent out to the full board by email for a final vote.

Proposed admission prices are $17 for an adult four-day pass, $7 for a student (K-12) four-day pass, $8 for an adult daily pass, $5 for a student daily pass and $7 for a senior (55-older) advance daily pass. The family single day pass for Friday would be bumped from $20 to $25.
