Tekoa seeks grant for cemetery water system

The City of Tekoa has applied for a Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) planning grant for a new water delivery system for Goldenrod Cemetery.

“It's not a grant to do it, it's a grant to study it,” said Mayor John Jaeger.

The DWSRF grants money for drinking water systems to pay for infrastructure improvements, funded by federal and state money.
