My Favorite Recipes: Meet Ryan Avery

Ryan’s cooking skills will be featured at this years’ Chef’s Challenge to be held at the Gladish Community Center starting at 4:30 on Sunday, March 26. The event is a fundraiser for the Community Action Center. Tickets are $15, available at the CAC website.

Ryan Avery is a good sport. When asked how he came to be the only amateur competing in the upcoming Chef’s Challenge, he replied, “I would also like to know. I co-chair the Whitman County Food Coalition and was absent for our February meeting, which was when I was somehow unanimously voted to be a participant.”
