Asotin Panthers hammered the Tekoa/Rosalia Timberwolves in a doubleheader on the Panthers turf Friday. The hosts took the first game 22-4 and the second game 25-11.
The wins advanced the Panthers' record to 4-5 on the season, and they are 4-4 in league play.
The Timberwolves for the season have picked up players from Garfield/Palouse which did not field a softball team because of a lack of players.
Ella Gregory started for TR in the first game, and Payson Griner started in the second game.
Katie Arrasmith led a nine-hit attack for the Timberwolves in the second game with a double and two homers.
Arrasmith, Killian Bruce, Payson Griner and Callie Jeske had hits for Tekoa/Rosalia in the first game.
