Sagging siding

A railroad siding at Palouse slumps over an eroded bank of the North Fork of the Palouse River across from Hayton Greene Park. The river has slowly cut away the bank to leave the siding unfit for duty. Logs and debris from recent flooding which covered the park are hung up along this siding’s shore.
