Motorcycle gathering

Motorcycle riders are scheduled to assemble at the First Baptist Church parking lot starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 29, for the ninth annual Tail of the Snake Ride sponsored by Christian motorcyclists Palouse 3N1 Ridaz.

The ride, which can attract 40 to 80 riders depending on the weather, has started from the church lot for the past three years. Entry will be free, but participants can make a donation with riders getting a door prize ticket for every $5 donation. Riders will be able to select from between two routes which can be covered in approximately three hours. One route is mainly on gravel roads and the other on surfaced roads.

They will depart the church lot in small groups beginning at 11 a.m. The ride is scheduled to finish with a barbecue at Rendezvous Motorsports in Moscow.
