Meet Debbie Niehenke and Ranae Jackson Uniontown–Colton Food Pantry is officially open one day per month to distribute commodities through the Council on Aging.

It gets small donations of shelf stable items all month from generous individuals.

Debbie Niehenke came from Illinois to Moscow in 1985 to attend the University of Idaho.

She graduated in 1988 and used her Animal Science/Agribusiness degree to work for the USDA. She moved around Idaho until 1992 when she was finally able to get back to the Palouse.
