County to rebuild office at Oakesdale

Whitman County Public Works will spend $32,000 to rebuild the office at its Oakesdale shop. The room flooded three times this spring.

Work is scheduled to begin in mid-July and will be performed by contractor Dustin K. Siding of Lewiston. The road department shop is located on Steptoe Avenue on the west side of Oakesdale. The county keeps road-graders, trucks and plows there....
