It is official. St. John has made the top 10 of the America’s Main Streets Contest, and the grand prize decision is now in the hands of the contest judges.

“We are ecstatic,” said Amanda Webb, one of the organizers behind getting St. John into the contest. “So excited!”

Webb, along with fellow organizers Jessiann Loomis and Valerie Brewer, found out about making the top 10 Tuesday morning.

“I called Jessiann, and I said, ‘This is the time I start harassing you about your email,’” said Webb.
