The newest one is a Heatilator and the other is a Turbo Fire Pellet Stove.
The minimum bid for both is $400.00.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the City of Tekoa in person or at PO Box 927, Tekoa, WA 99033, until Friday, July 14, 2017, at 4:00 p.m.

Frizzell Secretary to the Board 26/2 Endicott SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 308 WHITMAN AND ADAMS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A LIMITED GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND AND CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Endicott School District No. 308, Whitman and Adams Counties, Washington (the “District”) intends to issue a non-voted limited general obligation bond (the “Bond”) and will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2017, starting at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the library at Endicott School, 308 School Drive, Endicott, Washington, for the purpose of hearing comments from the public on the proposed issuance of the Bond.
The proposed Bond will be issued as a limited general obligation bond under RCW 28A.530.080; will be in the principal amount of not to exceed $355,000; will be dated its date of delivery to the purchaser thereof; will be issued only in fully registered form; will bear interest at the rate(s) to be determined based on market conditions; will mature within three (3) years of the date of issue; may be subject to prepayment prior to maturity of the Bond; will be issued and sold in such manner, at such time as will be required for the purpose for which the Bond is to be issued; and will include other related terms and conditions, all as deemed necessary and advisable by the Board.
The exact date, form, terms, price, interest rate(s), maturity date, purchaser and repayment schedule of the Bond will be hereafter fixed by resolution of the Board.
The proceeds of the Bond will be used to pay costs of: (1) making health, safety and energy efficiency improvements at Endicott School, including, but not limited to: (a) upgrading HVAC and system controls; and (b) upgrading lighting within the gymnasium, multipurpose room, shop and building exterior; and (2) carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080, all as deemed necessary and advisable by the Board.
The principal of and interest on the Bond will be paid from money from the District’s Capital Projects Fund (including, but not limited to, tax proceeds received from the District’s Capital Levy for Health, Safety and Energy Efficiency Improvements approved by the voters on April 28, 2015) and General Fund, and from other legally available money of the District.
Any person wishing to be heard on the proposed issuance of the Bond should appear at the public hearing and present their views.
