Gallegos misses court date

Court Commissioner David Frazier ordered a warrant for the arrest of Eli Gallegos, Colfax, after he failed to appear Friday morning in Superior Court. Gallegos was listed on the docket for a readiness hearing on a charge of trafficking in a stolen motorcycle. He had previously been arrested and later released after showing up late for a court date.

Friday's order for a warrant was dropped when Gallegos' attorney filed a motion for a continuance.
