Swim league launches today

First round of swim meets for the Tri-County Novice Swim League competition will be today with Pullman and Pomeroy teams slated at the Colfax pool at 4 p.m.

A three-team opener scheduled at Palouse today has been cancelled. The Palouse team will host Pullman and St. John/Endicott/LaCrosse Tuesday at Garfield.

The team based at Palouse again competes as GPOP which stands for Garfield/Palouse/Oakesdale and Plummer.

Colfax and Dayton are scheduled to compete Tuesday at Pomeroy.

The league has six meet dates set through July before the final all-league meet....
