NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with an order heretofore entered on the 28th day of July, 2017, by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Whitman, State of Washington, directing sale of real property hereinafter described, acquired by the said County of Whitman, for delinquent taxes under foreclosure suite and sale, I the undersigned County Treasurer of said County, will on the 28th day of July, 2017, commencing at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
and continuing until the hour of 4:00 p.m.
of said day, unless the hereinafter described property shall sooner be sold, in the Whitman County Commissioners’ Chambers, located at the Whitman County Courthouse, in Colfax, in said county and state, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, cashier’s check or money order the following described real property situated in said county, and described as follows, to wit:

Mark Allen, 2714 N Mayfair St Spokane, WA 99207, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.
The proposed project, WA DOT US 195/Colfax to Spangle/add PL Phase 2, is located on US 195 from MP 55.85 to MP 56.88, MP 68.08 to MP 69.09, MP 69.27 to MP70.07 and from MP 71.90 to MP 72.0 in Whitman and Spokane Counties.
The first section begins near Thornton and the last section ends just north of Plaza.
This project involves 35 acres of soil disturbance for Highway and Road construction activities.
The receiving waterbodies are multiple Unnamed Tributaries to Thorn Creek and North Pine Creek.
Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in Ecology’s action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II antidegradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
