NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, Washington, will consider the Report of the County Road Engineer for the vacation and abandonment of a portion of Rock Springs Road, County Road No. 7030 located in the West half of Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 38 East, W.M., in Whitman County, Washington.
