ORDINANCE NO. 393X

AN ORDINANCE to allow water use restrictions during emergencies. This is an amendment to Ordinance No. 390X.

A. The St. John City Council may declare a water emergency in the event of severe drought, extended pipeline or equipment malfunction, or any other condition which significantly reduces the city's ability to supply water in order to protect the public health, safety, or welfare or to preserve the water supply.

B. During such emergency, water use restrictions will be determined by the City Council.

C. Those individuals who are determined to be in non-compliance with this Ordinance will receive a written warning. If they are not in compliance within 48 hours of the post mark of the letter, they will be fined fifty dollars ($50). If they continue to be in non-compliance, they will be fined one hundred dollars ($100) for each 48 hour period until such time as they are in compliance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2017 BUDGET

of the TOWN of LACROSSE,

AS ADOPTED BY

ORDINANCE NO. 383 2016-11

WHEREAS, the Town of LaCrosse adopted the 2016 budget in final form by Ordinance No. 383 2016-11 on the 10th of November, 2016;and

WHEREAS, subsequent thereto it has become necessary for the Town to amend said ordinance because

of revenues and expenditures of same, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of

adopting said budget; and

WHEREAS, said expenditures are not one of the emergencies specifically Enumerated in RCW 35.33.081; and

WHEREAS, the Town is desirous of amending its budget pursuant to RCW 35.33.091; and

WHEREAS, the Town introduced said budget amendment on the 10th day of August, 2017, pursuant to RCW 35.33.091

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the council of the Town of LaCrosse, Washington:

The sale may be terminated any time after the 8/14/2017 (11 days before the sale date) and before the sale, by the Borrower or Grantor or the holder of any recorded junior lien or encumbrance by paying the principal and interest, plus costs, fees and advances, if any, made pursuant to the terms of the obligation and/or Deed of Trust, and curing all other defaults.

VI. A written Notice of Default was transmitted by the Beneficiary or Trustee to the Borrower(s) and Grantor(s) by both first class and certified mail, proof of which is in the possession of the Trustee; and the Borrower and Grantor were personally served, if applicable, with said written Notice of Default or the written Notice of Default was posted in a conspicuous place on the real property described in Paragraph I above, and the Trustee has possession of proof of such service or posting.

The list of recipients of the Notice of Default is listed within the Notice of Foreclosure provided to the Borrower(s) and Grantor(s).

VII. The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it, a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale.

VIII. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property.
