Whitman County is a Vote by Mail County. A ballot will be mailed to each active registered voter in Whitman County on October 20th 2017 Please contact Whitman County Election Department at 509-397-5284 or by email at [email protected] if you did not receive a ballot or need a replacement ballot. All returned ballots must have postage.
