Castanon trial date set

Jose Castanon, 53, Rosalia, pleaded not guilty Friday morning in superior court to four charges and was scheduled for a Nov. 13 trial. Castanon was charged with second degree rape, attempted indecent liberties, unlawful imprisonment and fourth degree assault with sexual motivation. He was booked into jail after investigation of a report made against him in Rosalia.
