Ryan Rhuby sentenced

Ryan Rhuby, 30, Steptoe, was sentenced to three months in jail Sept. 22 after he pleaded guilty to a crime of possession of heroin. Rhuby has already been in jail for a district court conviction for driving while under the influence and his sentence in the drug case will be completed before his release date for the district court conviction.
