Flu shot clinic coming to CHS

A Colfax flu shot clinic will be next Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Colfax High School cafeteria.

Anyone in the community four years of age and older can get their flu shot. Children to age 17 must have a signed parental consent form to get the shot. Both the JES and CHS offices will have those forms and they will be available at the clinic.

The shots are not free. Participants can either pay $40 or show their insurance card, and Rite Aid will bill your insurance company....
