Tyeson Hodges, 25, Pullman, was formally charged Monday with possession of heroin and psilocybin mushrooms after he was arrested early Sunday morning on Main Street in Colfax. According to the arrest report, Hodges was in a car which was stopped by a deputy on S. Main in Colfax because of a faulty light.
Hodges was in the back of the car and roused by the deputy to possibly take over driving duties of the car. Hodges appeared to be animated, and allegedly handed over a bag of mushrooms. He was later found to have needles and heroin in his possession.
