Rosalia students aid in rescue

Rosalia students Cassin Pittman and Gavin Merritt on KHQ6 TV Monday relayed a rescue account of a stranded family while on a trek in the north Idaho woods this weekend. They attempted to dig out the stuck vehicle, but were unable to free it. They decided to transport the group out on their snow skis, then their parents drove the family back home.

Danner Holling is the other Rosalia student that took part in the rescue. The other five people involved are adults/family members that were part of the eight person snowmobiling group.
