Whitman County is a Vote by Mail County. A ballot will be mailed to each active registered voter in Whitman County on January 26th, 2018 Please contact Whitman County Election Department at 509-397-5284 or by email at elections@co.whitman.wa.us if you did not receive a ballot or need a replacement ballot. All returned ballots must have postage.
