Committee assignments put commissioners on road

Whitman County commissioners decided to keep their same committee assignments for 2018, often the case from year to year for work which takes them to meetings around eastern Washington and to Olympia on state legislature matters.

Each commissioner serves on about 30 committees apiece, selected by factors such as location, interest and inheritance.
