New year's baby arrives

Whitman Hospital and Medical Center welcomed Kiersten Leigh Hornbaker as the first baby of 2018 Jan. 4 at six pounds, 15 ounces. Parents are Katy Bittle of Colfax and Kyle Hornbaker of Ketchikan, Alaska. Kiersten joins brother Casey and sister Avah Bittle. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Laura Ryan of Colfax. Paternal grandparents are Roy and Tammy Hornbaker of Ketchikan, Alaska. As the first of baby the year, Kiersten was awarded a wagon full of goodies from the hospital and donors....
