Biscotti class

Biscotti, meaning "twice-cooked," are oven-baked goods that are baked twice so they became very dry and can be stored for long periods of time. A class on making this delicious, coffee-dunking sweet will be Sunday, Jan. 21, from 1 until 4 p.m. in the culinary arts kitchen at Dahmen Barn in Uniontown.

Resident artist, Tracy Randall, also a fabulous cook, will teach how to make biscotti at home. The class will be structured as a demonstration with a little hands-on involvement by students and will include tips and tricks for how to make biscotti. Cost of the class is...
