Palouse seeking panel member

The City of Palouse is soliciting letters of interest for a vacated seat on the planning commission. The volunteer panel investigates, reviews and makes recommendations to the city council regarding the creation, adoption and/or revisions to land use planning and zoning, along with matters relating to the city's comprehensive plan.

The commission meets four times per year -- at least once per quarter -- held in the city council chambers, or oanther location designated by the commission.

The city asks that any residents within city limits who would like to serve to submit a letter of interest to: Palouse City Hall, P.O. Box 248, 120 East Main Street, Palouse, WA 99161.
