NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS FOR COUNTY PRINTING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Whitman County Commissioners will, up to the hour of 10:15 a.m. on the 2nd day of April 2018, receive sealed bids for county printing for the year July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019. Bids will be opened at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers, Whitman County Courthouse Colfax Washington.
Said printing, including all heads and sub-heads, shall be set solid without leads, and all heads, or sub-heads, shall be set in the same size type as is used in the body of the printing; each bidder is required to specify the size and type and width of column he will use should he become the successful bidder therefore, and each bidder shall also accompany his bid with a sample of the style, size, and kind of printing he will reproduce; together with a statement of his price per column wide, at which time he will do the County printing and also with a copy of regular current issue of his newspaper, and a sworn affidavit setting for the actual bonafide paid circulation of the bidder's newspaper in Whitman County as of March, 2018.

Request for Qualification Data to Furnish Engineering Services
The Town of Endicott, Washington is inviting statements of qualifications and performance information from individuals or firms interested in providing professional engineering services for the 2018-2020 calendar years in conjunction with sponsored projects. Potential prospects requiring engineering services include sewer, water, street, and planning (including DOE, CDBG, WSDOT, TIB, USDA RD, PWTF, FEMA, and other potential funding sources), design and construction management, contract administration, on-call consulting, and grant applications.
The Town may submit grant application(s) to the Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and/or applications to other agencies/programs for funding to complete a study and/or construction project(s). Should CDBG grant funds be secured, cost plus percentage of construction cost consultant agreements will not be allowed. State and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply to the selection process, consultant agreement and conduct of the project.
Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to twelve (12) pages and should include relevant experience in similar work, qualifications of key personnel, familiarity with the Town of Endicott and/or experience with municipalities of similar size, experience with state and federal funding programs, previous performance on public projects, and references. The list of recipients of the Notice of Default is listed within the Notice of Foreclosure provided to the Borrower(s) and Grantor(s).
These requirements were completed as of 11/9/2016.
VII. The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it, a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale.
VIII. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property.
IX. Anyone having any objections to this sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130.
Failure to bring such a lawsuit may result in a waiver of any proper grounds for invalidating the Trustee's sale.
X.
