Two classes
set at Dahmen
Two classes, one for adults and one for children, will be held Sunday, Feb. 11, at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown.
A baklava making class will be from 1 until 3:30 p.m. Cost of the class is $35. Register by Feb. 8. Baklava is an elegant, rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey. This class will be instructed by resident artist Tracy Randall.
A ceramic abstract wall hanging class will be from 1 until 3 p.m. Cost of the class is $20. Children five and older can create an abstract wall hanging in the new ceramics studio. The class will be instructed by Rosalie Wold, a certified K-12 teacher.

'Legally Blonde'
Regional Theatre of the Palouse will present "Legally Blonde, The Musical," Feb. 15-25. Based on the movie of the same name, the musical follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she challenges stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams.

Six week class
begins Feb. 13
Beginning Feb. 13 Tricia Harwood will conduct a six-week interactive study on Tuesdays from 10 until 11:30 a.m. in the Colfax library meeting room. Each week the class will discuss certain chapters from Emerson Eggerichs, PhD's, "Mother & Son the Respect Effect."
This is an opportunity for moms to discover and use "respect talk" with their sons while learning a game plan to strengthen the mother-son relationship. As a bonus, the class will examine leading mindset models and learn how to cultivate a growth mindset at home.

Malden OES
Malden Chapter 149, Order of the Eastern Star, will meet Monday, Feb. 12, at 7:30 p.m. at the Malden Masonic Hall. After the meeting, the men will treat the ladies to a chocolate extravaganza for Valentine's Day.
Garfield
Senior Meal
Garfield Senior Meal will be Thursday, Feb. 15, at noon at the Garfield Legion/Grange Hall. The menu will be all-you-can-eat Pacific dungeness crab, baked beans and potato salad with coffee and punch.
