Dayton art exhibit features buildings

Dayton Historic Depot will present the late Darlene Broughton’s collection of paintings of historic Dayton buildings. Broughton as a dedicated member of the Historical Society collected original artwork of many historic buildings in Dayton. The art was created by both local artists and artists beyond Southeast Washington. The result is a collection of paintings and drawings of some of Dayton’s historic architecture.

This is the final opportunity to see the collection. It will be auctioned as part of Darlene’s estate the latter part of this month. The Depot...
