Garfield hires new superintendent

The town of Garfield has a new Public Works superintendent.

Shon Clark began Feb. 26, replacing Reuel Klempel, who will remain on with the city on a part-time schedule as the town’s level II operator at the wastewater treatment plant.

Clark previously worked for the City of Richland in its water department.
