Babysitter course slated at Endicott

Endicott, LaCrosse and St. John libraries will sponsor a babysitting certification course with certified trainer Judi Dunn-Gray of Pullman Parks and Recreation Saturday, March 24, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Endicott Library.

First aid skills including what to do in case of a choking emergency and tips for caring for the basic needs of infants and children will be covered. Participants will practice first aid and emergency skills to earn a certificate of completion.

This class is appropriate for teens and preteens 11 and older. Space is limited, and early registration is strongly recommended. Cost per student is $37.50, but a discount coupon provided by support from the Friends of the Library is available at the Endicott, LaCrosse and St. John libraries. It allows participants to pay only $25.
