The Colfax school board met Monday night for its scheduled second meeting of the month, after the first for March was canceled. Topics covered included architect consultations on the $18.9 million facilities bond issue, new hiring, a report on a Human Body Systems class field trip and a decision on next year’s school calendar to accommodate for coming construction.
Superintendent Jerry Pugh reported that Ned Warnick, architect, will confer with teachers Wednesday and Thursday to gather input for changes to classrooms per the bond that passed in February.
