Track teams from 28 schools compete in cold, windy MacDougall Invitational

Ben Ahmann of Colfax and Chase Murphy of Auburn of Mountainview clear the second flight of hurdles in the boys 110 race. Murphy finished third, and Ahmann finished eighth.

Anne Hockett of Oakesdale clears the first set of hurdles between Rachel Garrity and Hanna Hill of Lakesdale in the 100. Garrity took the win and Hockett finished third.

More than 800 track athletes from 28 teams braved the cold and wind Saturday to compete in the second MacDougall Invitational meet at Colfax. The tracksters competed in cold weather with a strong, cold wind blowing from south to north.
