Colfax FFA gears up for annual plant sale

Colfax FFA members have been hard at work in the greenhouse this spring semester.

“This season we have more than a hundred hanging baskets that people can purchase,” said Cotton Booker, sophomore FFA member.

The FFA’s plant sale this year will be a two-day event on the weekend before Mother’s Day. It will open May 4 at 3:30 p.m. behind the ag shop and will be open until 6 p.m. that evening. Saturday, May 5, FFA members will sell plants from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
