Piano teacher expands to Palouse

A former music teacher at Lewis-Clark State College and longtime private piano teacher in Pullman has set up shop in Palouse.

Annette Klover, who formerly helped set up the Palouse Food Pantry in 2012, will teach private lessons at the Palouse Federated Church while also continuing sessions at Gladish Community Center in Pullman.

Klover has taught since 1974, beginning in high school. Growing up in Torrance, Calif., she earned a degree in music from Cal State Long Beach.

She teaches students of all ages.

“I was always the kid who had to study it,” said Klover. “I loved music so much that I kept trying. Music was never easy for me.”

Klover's eight week summer schedule will begin in June. For more information, call 878-1567.
