Climate change showing at library

The documentary "Decoding the Weather Machine" will be shown at the Colfax Library TEK Center three times Tuesday, July 17, at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. This free showing is provided by funding from Nova and PBS with popcorn being served by Friends of the Library.

From Puerto Rico to South Africa and even here on the Palouse, the world is already starting to feel the impacts of climate change. The vast majority of scientists agree that the trend toward unusual and extreme weather is the result of climate change

During this documentary, scientists around the globe on a quest to better understand the workings of the weather and climate machine will discuss how we can be resilient, even thrive, in the face of change.
