Palouse Music Festival slated for July 28 in city park
The Palouse Arts Council will host the Palouse Music Festival Saturday, July 28, at the Palouse City Park. This year's lineup will include Bart Budwig and Friends, Eric Jessup and The Senders. Genres will include folk, southern gospel and great dance hits.
The festival will also include arts and crafts vendors, non-profit organizations and several food vendors, as well as the local musicians performing throughout the day.
Admission is $10 per adult, $5 for kids ages 6-16, and free for 5 and younger. The festival will not have advance ticket sales and admission will be at the gate during the day. The festival will open at 11 a.m. and conclude at 8 p.m.

Pullman concert
Dan Faller & The Working Poor will perform July 25 at Reaney Park from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Katalina’s Kitchen will serve food from 5:30-7 p.m.
Magician will perform at Neill
Magician Cecil Lewis will perform in Neill library’s Heritage addition in Pullman July 24 at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. A magician, illusionist and a native of Mississippi, Lewis will be sponsored by Friends of Neill Public Library.

Citizens Climate Lobby
Palouse Chapter of the Citizens' Climate Lobby will meet today, Thursday, July 19, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Moscow's 1912 Center in the Senior Center. All are welcome to attend and learn how Congress can act to mitigate the effects of climate change and stimulate the American economy. There will be pizza and beverages.
