Malden will host 2nd car show, shine

The “Show and Shine” car show will return to Malden this weekend for its second edition July 21 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The free show is hosted by Malden Market at 22 NE Broadway Ave.

Show and Shine visitors can peruse a variety of arts and crafts vendors. Hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream and other goodies will be offered.

Prizes will be awarded to participants for categories like “best paint job” and “closest to original.”

Karena Wilcox, coordinator of the event, said all vehicles are welcome.
