Vickie Lynn (Carter) Drewes

Vickie Lynn (Carter) Drewes, 57, passed away July, 3, in Sacramento, Calif. A graveside service will be held at the Viola Cemetery on August 11th at 10 am. Vickie was born in Moscow, Idaho, on December 2, 1960, to Max and Eileen Carter; and was a 1979 graduate from LaCrosse High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents Max and Eileen Carter; and her brother, Raymond Carter. She is survived by siblings Sue Mayberry (Libby, Mont.), Melvin Carter (LaCrosse, Wash.), Norene Kosloski (Grand Coulee, Wash.), and Teena Van Ness (Lincoln, Calif.). Vickie is also survived by her three children; Cassandra Stegmeier (Indianapolis, Ind.), Anthony Stegmeier (Fort Leonardwood, Miss.), and Jacob Stegmeier (Denver, Colo.); along with six grandchildren. Vickie was a loving Daughter, Sister, Mother, and Grandmother and will be greatly missed.
