Whitman County Library Summer Reading finishers

Whitman County Library’s Summer Reading kids successfully logged more than 5,000 hours of reading time to complete the 2018 program. “Libraries Rock” was the theme presented by a consortium of states working together to provide public libraries with high quality educational materials for children, teens and adults. Event sponsors include Friends of the Library and volunteers who donated time, money and incentives to enhance the library’s events for more than 500 youngsters in this area.
