Sod goes down in Rosalia

Layne Merritt, contractor, and Rosalia city worker Eljay Sanders lay in a section of sod Sept. 14. The project was a continuation of the Whitman Avenue paving project of the summer of 2017. Mayor Lee Root donated the sod, which was installed along Whitman Ave between 8th and 9th streets.
